The first is on the language itself, so more of like a linguistics study of Arabic and seeing how it's changed over time, why certain rules are in place, etc. The second is a cultural study so you can look at any cultural element of an Arabic-speaking country. The third is a literature-based EE, so it's basically something you'd do in your A1 class, just in Arabic instead, and at least one of the works you do (if you do more than one literary work) must have originally been written in Arabic. We can't really give you a topic, but look into those areas and see which one you'd prefer to do, and start narrowing down your topic from there.
