I live in Turkey but hold a dual citizenship (Australia&Turkey) so I am a domestic student. The maximum point I can achieve from IB is 35-36. I wish to study Laws/IT. But for domestic students, universities require scores over 42 for domestic students but they require 36 for international students... I can achieve 36 points but no more.My question is can I apply as an international student since I also have a Turkish citizenship and I am willing to pay the full cost for international students. whatislife Posted November 8, 2013 Report Share Posted November 8, 2013 I still think you should apply to whatever university even if you don't think that your marks are good enough, it all depends on the course and the university. Most courses in science (which is where engineering falls into) have a cut off mark at around 90 ATAR which I don't know off the top of my head what this translates to in ib, probably a 35, 34?
