Processing omitted data points in a lab report

Always do you raw data and their analysis on excel. There is an option in excel where you select some values and it gives you the average and their standard deviation. For the plotting, in most cases you use scatter graph. on x axis the independent variable, on the y axis the measured variable. check youtube for a guide on how to make graphs. it is difficult to explain it here!
