Design Technology Major Project Ideas

Hello guys, I've recently just started thinking on the DT major project and I'm having lots of trouble brainstorming somewhat an intereseting design idea that I could write a project on.

So, if you could help guys, please write down some ideas

I'd interview people at offices, try designing a desktop organiser or a cabinet using incremental design (make it function more efficiently than regular ones). Alternatively you could design an organiser for your kitchen (organising different spices, different types of bread etc).

Try to make it from recycled material (30% recycled material or something, research that).

An art supplies organiser? an improved easel? (try interviewing the visual arts class in your school, those lot always need something designed)

Try interviewing the librarian at the library, ask her how you might improve the library.

edit: i know they're not that interesting, but you won't get any marks deducted if your idea is "uninteresting". it only needs to be original, not interesting.

I doubt they expect you to design a robot or a new video game platform.
