Guest
Hey guys, just a random question. As most (or some) of you may know, the Chemistry and Physics Syllabi are going to be changed for first examinations in 2016. Do you know if new textbooks for the new syllabi are going to be released right now (or before September 2014)? If not, do we just continue with the "old textbooks" and our teachers just leave out/add the stuff we do (not) need? Thanks for any replies Reply
Lynxarin
They will most probably be available for purchase before August. Otherwise you would first have to buy an old textbook to use for a some weeks and then again buy the new book that you will use for the following two years. Sandwich
As somebody who just qualified for the last syllabus change... (god I feel old) I can tell you they brought out new books in time for us when we started in September. Our school handed us the brand new textbooks on the first day, so I imagine it'll be similar this time. 2 Reply
