Soraaa
what should I put as my first language if my second is stronger than my first...? Edited January 21, 2015 by Soraaa Reply
ultimateone
English is obviously your first language then Always, when they're talking about first/second/third languages, it's regarding the skills and fluency in it. If you are comparable to the native-English speakers skills-wise, then you're considered a first language English speaker, especially considering that your Mandarin is weak, that wouldn't even be nominated to be a first language since you're not very fluent at it, even if it is your mother tongue. 1 Reply
Soraaa
lol thanks for that truth is, I know quite a few languages but always hesitate to mention them simply b/c I haven't reached the level that would be considered as knowing the language... I'm really half-as*ed with these things... Reply
