This section of the website seems to be about 'support':https://www.ibsurvival.com/index.php?app=nexus&module=support§ion=new Lastly, if you mean support in terms of IB subjects, you can ask questions in their respective forums. For example the paypal payment option and the credit card payment option all don't work, due to an encoding error in the site. I've posted a ticket for 2-3 days now, was wondering if anyone has past experience on the usual feedback time period.
