Lab Report HL Biology-Osmosis Lab Report Tips

Recommended Posts

So I'm doing this lab report on Osmosis, and I've nearly finished it. However, I feel like its not going to do so well, and I want to include something that will beef up my grade. Any tips for making this a good lab report (eg. Graphs, Data processing, things to include in evaluation and conclusion etc)

Perhaps look at sample Biology Lab Reports from the IBO, also look for tips online. Apart from this forum there are several other websites that can help you achieve the grade you desire

Hey. I got 5/6 in my osmosis lab report.

I recommend that you follow all the guidelines set by the teacher and you will do well.

Some small things to watch out:

-Don't forget to cite background information

-Be detailed in your independent, dependent and controlled variables.

-Make sure you create clear and appropriate data table.

Also importantly, make sure that your research question for the experiment is clear! :)
