Pious Aeneas
I'm asking this because the IB coordinator at our school is demanding that we turn in a final draft on Halloween. Me and along with many of my other classmates feel this is really early and unfair. I'm just curious if this is an reasonable deadline or if it's too early. IBProcrastinator
At my school the final draft is due at around December, however I really don't know if there is a due date set by the IB. Reply
DannyRodeck
Around December, probably the 10th. Reply
Jemima
After the Christmas holiday, so 4th of January for us! (But this was decided after several students needed an extension. The actual due date was last week.) Reply
Sofia.
The 9th of November, so also quite soon But if it's too early or not depends more on when you started with the EE, because your school might have started earlier than mine or others did. mechnight
Mine is at the 11th of January, but should hand the first draft by the end of the week. Well, say hi to 3am readings. Reply
ultimateone
Well, yours isn't early at all compared to the deadline at my school! The final draft of the EE is due in the second week of IB2 in our school. (pretty early I'd say) Reply
Sceptyczka
I have to turn in the first draft on 3rd of November and the final draft on 20th of January. Reply
Emmi
My EE is due tomorrow In all seriousness though, we had to have our EEs basically done by the beginning of November unless you had a good reason for turning it in late. This is because starting in November, we were going to do our TOK essays and presentations, as well as some IAs for other classes, and the teachers wanted to lessen the work load on us. 95% of the people who didn't turn it in by around November waited until the final submission date of March to send it in, and they did most of their essay in February-March and ended up with a grade of a C at the very highest. Just get it done early, it's one less thing off your plate. Reply
spacescampi
Our final draft of EE was due on September 18th... However, most of us delivered only first draft that day Reply
Euan Blair
Our original final deadline was on Monday (27th October) but they pushed back the deadline to tomorrow. Our first draft was due by the end of September. Reply
