garbicja
Hi, so I am investigating the effect of sleep amount on the blood pressure in the group of teenage boys and my problem is that I don't really know which statistical test I should choose to process the data. Obviously my independent variable is sleep duration, divided into groups; 0 hours, 1-3 h, 3-5h etc. and the dependent variable is blood pressure. My results don't show significant changes, however I can see some correlations. And my question is; which statistical test would be most adequate to check the correlation? Thanks in advance! Guest Sonia
Since you divide sleep duration into 3 groups ANOVA might work well I'm sure there are others that would work too, but that's the one I am familiar with Reply
garbicja
Thank you! Actually I didn't mention it, but I divided it into 5 groups. I checked anova and it says that it works up to 10 groups, so I will try that. Reply
