stressedoutstudent
I need to have started my extended essay (history) in the next month or so but I'm struggling with narrowing down my topic. I'm interested in and researching the role of women in the Irish uprisings in the early 1900s. I don't really know how to make this more specific or if I'll be able to actually write a good research question for but I also don't know if I have time to start researching a new topic- any suggestions? ShootingStar16
umm how about try and focus on a specific historical figure and do some basic research and go from there? You can also ask your supervisor for advice if you're stuck and they should help you out with narrowing down a topic. IbTrojan
Yes, I agree with ShootingStar, you need to get some research done on your chosen topic and whatever interests you, or you find most information for, create a research question for Reply
