The options were: a) takes a lot of energy to increase temperature of waterb) takes a lot of energy to evaporatec) d) I was wondering which answer you guys chose? I chose A but both seemed possible to me IDK. OK GOOD! I chose A as well. Like the question didn't ask "What property makes water a good evaporative coolant." It was very tricky however.
