A Student
What do you think will happen? Anybody did this as well? What happened? Over 50% of my exam was covered in white-out, I'd say. Reply
Schrodinger's CAS
Could you describe what happened in more detail please? What exam was it? Did you spill the whiteout? Did you white out half of what you wrote? Reply
IbTrojan
If it was in the way of your answers a lot, I'd say definitely go talk to your IB coordinator. Maybe they can write it out again (if it would be a problem for the scanning) before they send it in? Actually, definitely go talk to your IB coordinator as soon as you can. Tell them about your situation and ask for what could be done. In the mean time, I know you're probably freaking out a little. I know I would be but just take a deep breath, tell yourself it will be okay and study for your next exam. All the best and don't use white out next time! 1 Reply
bethiedrama101
My teachers did not allow us to bring white out in the exam for this exact reason. I agree with Ibtrojan go to your ib coordinator ASAP! Reply
A Student
Yes, I whited out half my answers. I did email her, she said it should be fine, so hopefully it is. Thanks for your responses. Reply
h0rr0rsh0w
Hopefully everything will work out, but your coordinator should have briefed you before the exams on the IB rules, which include that there is no correcting fluid allowed. Hopefully they won't penalize you or your school 1 Reply
