Grade 11 end of year exams?

Recommended Posts

Maths is a subject where if you start thinking about your exam rather than the question itself, you waste a lot of time and can't read the question properly.

Revise enough so you feel confident you have all the tools (formulas etc...) to do any question, and so you don't feel handicapped

Don't shake your leg around and breathe heavily, just read the question and think about it

Realise it's not the actual exam and won't actually count! If you encounter problems, good, you can fix them before the REAL exam

Feel like it's an easy paper. If you think it's gonna be hard, you'll overcomplicate the situation!

good luck!

Good advice from Vladimir, but I would like to point out that while these exams may not count towards your final IB grades, they do greatly effect your predicted grades. Oh I'm making things worse aren't I :( ? What is it about math that you are having trouble with? If it's because of not understanding the concepts, may I recommend this revision guide put together by Mr. Muench: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/22153685/IBMathsStandardNotes.pdf

Stressing about it only makes it worse, try to relax and focus on studying. You're do fine :)
