Kamen rider baron
So imagine we all take breaks and I was wondering what are other people's schedule like? I usually work for like an hour or more and then take like 5/10/15 or sometimes 30 min breaks. Reply

Kamen rider baron
do you think taking breaks in between studies is good or bad? Reply
IbTrojan
It depends on what I'm doing. If I'm focused, I can go for like 2-3 hours. And then I'll get hungry so I get up to grab a snack, take a 5-10 min break to stretch and go back to work. I think breaks are definitely healthy in between studying sessions Reply
Rosalina
do you think taking breaks in between studies is good or bad? I think its good to take breaks. It allows you to relax and start your studies feeling refreshed. I study for 1~1.5 hours and take a 5~10 minute break Edited May 22, 2015 by Rosalina Reply
ritaalmeida
I actually use an app on my computer called pomodoro time and it gets you to work for 25 minutes and then you can have a break.I find that when I work for long hours the information stops getting into my brain and that's why 25 minute periods are the bestI recommend 25 minutes of work and 5 (10 max) minutes of break time so you can get up, maybe go to the kitchen etcTo me, this is the most effective way to study Reply
Award Winning Boss
25/5 for about 2 hours then like a 2 hour break. My breaks are quite long and the study sessions short. Reply
ultimateone
For me, it's like 80% thinking about getting the work done but ending up procrastinating and 20% actually working. Reply
