Eyas
Is MLA style a requirement for extended essays or are we free to do our own styling as long as its formal?
cereja
Your teacher/advisor/IBC will usually let you know. People use different formats.... so ask your IBC. We have to use MLA at my school
Eyas
Yeah our school is pushing for MLA, but I'm doing a physics EE and applying the double spacing and all that will just make it hard to properly have graphs and figures in there and connected with the paragraphs, etc.. so I was wondering if asking for an exception would work. cereja
You can still have graphs and figures in the EE with MLA. You don't need double spacing in the tables, and you can just add the graph with a space above and one below. Your advisor can give you more details. If anything, just create an appendix
deissi
Look at the EE guide, it has a list of acceptable citation styles. Closed
