As this diagram is different to the one that simply shows the entire tariff being removed. Anyway, it'd be great if you can refer to the tariff diagram (you can find it on google), the one showing imposition of tariff. Make a line between Sworld and Sworld+tariff. This shows that tariff is reduced. Then explain the reduction in deadweight loss (the green triangles will become smaller). Another effect will be a lower price and increase in efficiency of the world market. If you want other tips for scoring high on your IA, you can find it here.
