Daksh
Hey guysSo I took the ACT recently, and my scores were absolutely ghastly and disappointing. I need to heavily improve upon them, so that being said, is Prepscholar a good program for a good jump? Need more than a 4+ increase (which is the guarantee)Is it worth it or should i self study and just redo it like that??

IB_taking_over
I don't know much about prepscholar other than they are a real company. When I took the ACT I used The Princeton Review's ACT Elite 36. It focuses on strategies to answer the hard questions (not the just skip it and guess if you have time.) The major downside to this book is the lack of practice tests, you probably will need a few extras (found online or in an additional book.) I know that I wouldn't spend $400+ on ACT prep regardless of it offered.
simtiaz
if you self study have a specific regimen: Week 1: best subject and an essay Week 2: worst subject and an essay Week 3: 1/2 remaining subjects and an essay Week 4: Same as week 3 but w/ other subject I took the Kaplan course and the Sycamore learning. Kaplan was a bit better but if you need help w/ essay go to TestMasters.
