KingCobra183
I wanted to ask about my question that uses three different novels. In what different ways is the theme of tragicomedy presented using characterization of the tragic characters in William Faulkner's The Sound and the Fury, Kazuo Ishiguro's The Remains of the day, and John Steinbeck's Cannery Row? Should I be more specific with my extended essay question, and is there anything that needs to be edited or changed? My advisor recommended me to choose another work since I may not be able to cover as much of the theme in one of the works. Echowave
I think your question is fine. The only question I have for you is; is it really necessary for you to analyze and explore so many texts? Maybe narrow it down to 2 texts OR else make sure your links between texts are significant, defined and related to your question Try to be as specific as possible because you have so many texts, it can seem too broad. KingCobra183
I made sure to edit my question, so its more narrow. Please share me your opinions about it. Thank you.. Reply
