Gaby Posted March 10, 2016 Report Share Posted March 10, 2016 I THINK (but check with the unis/student finance) that you do in the sense that you will pay 9k fees, but you won't be eligible for the student loan. I had a friend who was Belgian, but moved to the US a few years before uni.
