The best thing to do is go find the EE guidelines for Language A EEs and read them. They will give you an idea of what is expected for your EE. Think about what you're interested in - there's no point doing an EE in something you don't care about. As IB_taking_over said, read the guidelines and think of things that you're interested in that could fit along those. That should give you a decent starting point to do research around that topic.
