NiCKEL
Has anyone gotten accepted to McGill based on IB grades after their percentage grade didn't make the cut? How long did it take? I feel like they are taking all the percentage-based admissions first and leaving the rest to check later... Reply
footballfan12
I think the real question here is how are your IB grades higher than your percentage marks? In Canada, a 7 is usually the equivalent of a 99% so more times than not, your percentage are more favourable for admissions purposes than the IB requirements at Mgvill that are like 40/45 for engineering. Thechiken
Canadian schools don't really care about IB grades, just your normal ones Reply

It changes slightly from school to school but according to the admission officers from the university, they will look at the higher of the two grades.
