Custurd
I chose Math as my subject area for my EE. I found Vedic Math really interesting and now its time to narrow down to a research question. The thing is, the question has to be an ARGUABLE question. How does an arguable question apply in mathematics???? I am having trouble thinking of a research question specifically for Vedic Mathematics. Can someone help? kw0573
@CusturdNot sure who told you that EEs have to have arguable research question, but you can write an EE in any IB subject, including mathematics. Certainly, mathematical reasoning should provide enough arguments for many EEs. In the official EE guide, you can read about the grading criteria and then scroll down to the math EE specifics (p 96). You shouldn't think of all essays as the ones you write in English or History classes; EE is an opportunity for you to explore academic writing in a discipline of your choice.
