Most places I've seen it said that the question "explain how biological factors affect one cognitive process" can only show up as an 8 marker. But worryingly, today somebody told me that it could pop up as a 22 marker. Is that the case? I thought LO's with the command terms "explain" could not be 22 marker? Thank you for your help! blindpet Posted May 12, 2016 Report Share Posted May 12, 2016 It is clearly laid out in the syllabus which command terms are used for LAQs and Explain is not one of them.They do mention in the syllabus that SAQ command terms can be applied to LAQ command term questions, however this isn't really a problem since the SAQ command terms do not require more knowledge to answer than the LAQ ones.
