beccilini Posted October 21, 2008 Report Share Posted October 21, 2008 (edited) We have just started our revision (both A1 and A2), which means that we ourselves choose extracts and give eachother - then we have 20 minutes to prepare and then present the text in small groups. Then we get feedback from the group. Our real Oral commentaries are due to December in English A2 and December/January in Swedish A1. Personally, I think it is a very scary examination... But I tip is to take it easy and not show how nervous you are, it is better to take a pause than just babble about something irrelevant. Do not retell the story and what happens in the extract more than placing it in a context. Concentrate on the text you have got in front of you and comment on how things (e.g. characters developement, tone, feelings) are shown. Hope this helped!
