If you speak French or Spanish more fluently than English, you may choose to write in that language instead. You may wish to read some more technical (professional) writings regarding biology or respiratory system, or lung capacity, to understand how to formulate your EE. At least, you should ensure that the terminology is accurate in biological/medical fields. For grammar, you can consult a spelling and grammar checker.
