I am running out of time for college application. Does any of you heard errors in grade entering? I've checked the hard copies left at my school and everything seems to be fine. My supervisors are shocked as they told me to expect a B but the final result was an E. The only explanation that comes to my mind is an error in grade-entering. Anyone heard of such incidences?
