So you'd need to discuss how an organisation uses different elements in one region/culture compared to another. The most straight forward example for this is usually comparing Western Cultures to Asian cultures.

For example; you could compare how in the Apple's use of Price, Promotion, Place and Product differs between the cultural needs and desires of customers in the USA and India.
