Foods that reduce stress and boost focus

I somehow doubt that any foods are scientifically proven to reduce stress (I do not take biology, nor do I have any expertise in this field, so feel free to correct me). When people eat because they are stressed, they only seek something to do that distracts them from their stress. What you want to do, since you're stressed a good portion of the time, is much on things that won't have an adverse effeect on your body. I personally prefer carrot sticks and the occasional yogurt.

Cadbury's Snaps. Especially the orange ones.

Get it right, you get a snap. Get it wrong, you have to wait 5 minutes before eating a snap 8[

Even better if you can get somebody to throw them up in the air and enthuse "good boy/girl!" as you snap it up in your jaws.

... doesn't improve concentration, but improves both motivation and eye/mouth coordination.
