pur3sweetness
I have a Bio IA (ECOLOGY) due in 2 days and I have absolutely no idea which direction to go in. Basically, I have a stack of raw data from a field trip and I plan on investigating the "Diffence between distribution of a particular species in High Water Level in EXPOSED shore and SHELTERED SHORE" sooo, I'm not quite sure if I should use T-test on my raw data? Simpson diversity index?? or what?? I'll be grateful to any help Reply
beccilini
The t-test should be used if you have the means of to samples and want to compare them and see if there is a statistical difference. I do not know about Simpson diversity index thought... I hope the answer is not too late. Reply
