ysl89
Hey, I'm currently doing my portfolio on the ratios of areas A and B and I've gotten stuck at questions 3 and 4 where they ask you to prove the general formula and find if there are any general formulae for volumes of revolution..Anybody know how to find this? Thanks for your help! bohemian03
Are you allowed to talk about Math portfolios with other people? Sorry I thought it wasn't allowed.... my teacher said it would be an automatic F if we discussed anything on our math portfolios... Reply
moneyfaery
I remember doing this. Such a long time ago... I thought they asked you for some general ratio? My hint would be to find the volumes of revolution for a variety of functions (forget the exact requirements) but make sure you cover integers (both positive and negative), rational numbers, irrational numbers, etc and go from there... 1 Reply
