When you apply for a non-regular formula you would have to write down what uni it's for and some proof of the requirements. This is due by 18 months before your exams so in Nov 15 of 2016, for exams in May 2018. In order to have Further Math changed now to one of your 6 diploma courses, your uni would have to require Further Math and such be stated in the evidence you submitted. If not, you can only add Further Math as a seventh course, which does not contribute to your score out of 45. This is explained in A5.4.6 of the 2016-17 Handbook of Procedures.
