I was thinking of doing the denaturation of egg protein by temperature but i'm not really sure. Titrating eggshell or titrating chokes (in order to calculate the amount of carbon and come to a conclusion of the amoun of carbon): What happens if there is a bigger amoun of carbon blah blah blah.
