Raptors fan
Hi again, i'm doing a lab using copper II chloride solution, but i want to change the concentration of it, but I'm not sure how Please reply, i'm so confused!!! Reply
Lord of the Pickles
Try this formula: c1*v1=c2*v2 c1=initial concentration of the solution in moles per litre. v1=initial volume of the solution in litres. c2=final concentration of the solution. The concentration that you're aiming for. v2=the final volume of the solution. I assume you already know c1, v1, and c2, so you would solve for v2. Keep in mind that v2 is the TOTAL volume of the solution, NOT how much solvent you need to add. Hope this helps. Reply
