Turabian Citation Guides

Recommended Posts

I found one, aka the first link that showed up when I googled it, but it doesn't tell me how to cite only a few pages out of a book. I need to cite a diary entry that's at the end of a book and a letter.

help??

If if is at the end of the book you can cite it like this:

Surname, Name (of the author). Title of the book. Publisher. Place of publication, year of publication. Page #.

Example:
Orwell, George. Animal Farm. Penguin Books. Great Britain, 1996. Page 52
If you repeat the book at the footnote you write:
Idem (and the page number). Such as:
Idem 67.
Remember to put all the books you have used in the Bibliography.

THANKS! Haha. I kind of figured it'd be like that. Our school makes us use Turabian style, and my part F was due 11/24. Haha.
