Guest Natella
So apparently there are no timezones for may 2017 examinations? Does this mean that someone in australia for example would take the same exam as someone in Germany or the US? Doesn't this mean that we can just ask students in a timezone ahead of us what was on the exam? Reply
Vioh
Where did you hear that there will be no timezones for 2017? I don't really know exactly how this timezones business works, but as far as I'm aware, the only exams that didn't have timezones in May 2016 were the science ones (e.g. physics, chem, bio). Other exams, like maths, still had both of the timezones. My speculation is that they were just testing it on the science because it was the first year for the new syllabus. Who knows, maybe they will bring back the 2 timezones this year? In any case, don't worry about how IBO does things. Just don't try to cheat! haha 2 Reply
