Integration and graphs question

Recommended Posts

I have a question that involves using graphs to show that an equation is correct, and I currently have tried to use a linear graph to show the equation, but it didn't seem to be working since the slope if always 1, the second part of the equation is where I'm having trouble at, could any of you help me?

a = 2, b = f(2). Find inverse function graphically or algebraically. plug in to formula. You should get an exact value.
