I've thought some and as I need to connect this to myself, I tried to something Korean. So I thought of measuring Vitamin C content in kimchi and its change according to the storage period of kimchi, and I'm not sure if this suits an SL IA. I also haven't learned oxidation and redox things yet, so would it be hard for me to do this without any pre knowledge?
