James Kim
Hello! Ib results came out and I hope that everyone did alright! I did well for the rest of my scores but I got an IB 2 for Physics HL, because we went over the unit for 3 days and I was very ill on the day of the exam (sorry I have to get this frustration off my chest)...so whoever thinks that they are having a bad day...just know that I'm in the same boat. My real concern, however, is that US college will probably take notice of this. I don't know if US colleges not caring much for IB results is true or not, but I'm very concerned about how my US college is going to view this. I can't just say that I was sick on the day of the test, but then again I don't take IB Diploma. Sorry, I am very disturbed by now, but do US colleges take notice of low IB scores? To tell you the truth about US colleges and their "unconditional offers", US colleges do take notice of low IB scores, so if you really get a huge drop from your predicted grades, they have the right to take the offer away, but it is just a small portion of people who had this experience, most US colleges will not take their offers away that easily. However, if you don't take IB diploma, there's always a silver lining that you will perform well in your other exams. Just keep calm and don't stress out too much about it. All the blessings, Inriya Reply
