alicia0217
My predicted score was 41. In my school's final score, I scored a 42. But I got a 35 in my final score. Does this gap make sense? To be more specific, I have never even scored a 6 during the IB programme. I always got over 95% at school. After I took the final exam, I was confident that I did well. I was hardly anxious. BUT I scored a 5 in math. Is this possible? My high school is a very historic school and has participated in the IB programme for numerous years, famous for its strict evaluation. So I think it's basically unlikely for them to give me such an absurd evaluation. May there be a possibility of computation error in the grading process?? jazzmeister99
Yeah sorry Alicia but I think things might have just gone wrong for you on the day... If you want you can get your exam remarked to see if there was an error though, which might be a possible option if you're confident you went well in the exam. Hope that helps Reply
kw0573
Your coordinator have your grades by component. Furthermore, you can pay a small fee (12 euros per subject) to see your externally assessed work. My best explanation is that maybe IA was marked down in many subjects (especially in newer courses). Also as above poster said, you can pay a much higher fee (82 euros / subject) to request a re-mark. Reply
