Roberto Patiño
Hi, my name is Roberto. I'm Venezuelan but I am emigrating to Dominican Republic. In Venezuela I have obtained excellent grades, reflected in a 20/20 result. I'm thinking to study in an Dominican school called Saint George that offers IB. The problem is that it doesn't offer Math HL (SL, only) and I want to study Economics at LSE. There are only two IB schools in DR, the other one doesn't offer HL Math neither. What do you think I can do? Should I notify the university that I had no choice but taking SL instead of HL? Do you know any Pre-University course that could substitute the Math SL? mac117
Have you considered doing maths HL through Pamoja Education? They offer an online maths HL course, which I think would solve the issue. You could take an HL certificate outside your diploma if you wished to as well. 1 Reply
