J_Pri
I'm trying to see what a graph of an equation would look like compare to some plotted points. I know how to show a graph that plots the point but I dont know how to get the graph of the equation in excel. Does anyone know how to do this or another way to do what I'm trying to do? by the way this is the Crows Dropping Nuts IA http://teacher.ocps.net/joel.brielmaier/Ca...0and%20nuts.pdf Reply
SharkSpider
Go in to excel, get the points on a graph, and then click on the graph and go to Chart > Trendline Reply
lindieeluieee
I don't think Excel is really a good program to use. Autograph or Mathematica are much better programs to use. These programs might be supplied by your school or you can download the trial on their respective websites. Reply
Ongfufu
I've tried but failed to enter a function into Excel for graphing. I used Maple 12 for my IAs. Or if you have a graphing calculator like Ti-84, you can connect it to you computer and take screenshots of your graphs from the calculator.
