Madeleine Råstedt
Hey! I'm interested in film but my school only offers it in SL online. How does this online thing differ from regular SL studies? Is it even close? Reply
Guest TheMagical7
My useless English teacher who is a good Film teacher said that the difference between Film HL and SL is not much, so he encourages all his students to take HL. That being said, you do need a decent teacher for any HL. IDK online, sorry. Edited September 1, 2017 by TheMagical7 Reply
Wyatt Berckenhoff
Online IB is just as the same as IB in person, this makes it tough if you are a person who cant stay focused or has a hard time with online. If you are good at staying focussed and your grades wont be affected by it then go for it. Just don't expect it to be too much different from in person with a teacher. I would take HL if you can, there is not much difference from each other. These two links will help you make your choice. https://www.usnews.com/education/blogs/high-school-notes/2015/11/30/students-outline-challenges-with-online-ap-ib-classes http://www.ibo.org/programmes/diploma-programme/curriculum/the-arts/film/ Reply
