Befuddled Posted September 21, 2017 Report Share Posted September 21, 2017 In my IA I'd like to alter the amount of bacteria in soil - in which I'll grow plants. Initially, I was going to vary the amount of sterile soil and compost - which has, for obvious reasons, microbes in it. However, compost also has nutrients in it which I can't avoid. How do you think I could change the amount of bacteria without introducing new nutrients/matter. I will have a control set-up as well. What do you guys think?
