indiependent
We were talking about our EE's in class today and someone mentioned that the EE guidelines say the title can't be in the form of a question, but I know a lot of people from my school have done so in the past (I don't know if they got counted off for it, though :/). I couldn't find anything about it in the guidelines, so I'm not sure what to do. Does anyone know?
flsweetheart422
That is completely untrue. You are encouraged to make your title a question, however it is not required that it is in question format. TitleThe title should provide a clear indication of the focus of the essay. It should be precise and not necessarily phrased in the form of a question. My EE Title: To What Extent Was the October Revolution Inevitable After the Abdication of Tsar Nicolas II?Its in the form of a question, and it fits the stereotypical IB format (for history EE questions at least) "To what extent did X effect Y (insert time period)"
indiependent
That's what I thought. And mine is difficult to phrase in a statement, so I'm glad it can be a question :] Thanks!
