Can this example be a inductive reasoning? URGENT please help

"As the Koreans launched a movement against the Japanese advance to Korea, Japan suppressed it using military force. Ito Hirobumi was assassinated by a Korean in the course of the sedition and eventually, Japan annexed Korea." 

Would this example be an example of inductive reasoning?

No claim is made here. There's no reasoning, period. Regardless of whether the reasoning is inductive or not. It's just a statement of facts.
