StellaIB Posted November 6, 2017 Report Share Posted November 6, 2017 I MUST COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING ASSIGNMENT DUE FRIDAY PLEASE HELP ME WITH ONE OF THE QUESTIONS Students are to write a dialogue where the 2 speakers explore (for & against) one of the following statements: Maths leads to knowledge, Science to Understanding. Knowledge is only valuable if it is useful. Which Area of Knowledge has changed more lives - Maths or Science? The speakers should criticise and respond to each other rather than just lay out or defend their own position. Students will be marked as to the Essay mark scheme, notably - Arguments are clear - Arguments are supported by real-life examples (at least 2) - Counterclaims are explored (with at least 1 real-life example) Students MUST use key terms / concepts / names covered in class or from their textbook (at least 4).
