We're required to present for 15 minutes, so I need a lot of material on it. I'm thinking about doing something around the topic of translation errors and how they affect context, but I don't know how to present it. If anyone can suggest improvements, that would be great. yara560 Posted November 9, 2017 Report Share Posted November 9, 2017 well as far as I know, our teacher said that translation is always an iffy topic to do for FOA, so just be cautious with that. as for topics, you could possibly look at original texts in your language or another language and look at the translated works, possibly looking at words for which there is no equivalent in English or something?
