Creating question for history IA

First, you should have at least a vague idea of an answer to your question before you actually write it as your research question. I recommend actually starting with a thesis so you know you have a solid foundation. If you've already done some reading on the topic, then think of something you'd like to prove. If not, read up some more on it.

I really can't offer much more than that. But, hint hint, I can say that common angles of attack for history EE's are analyzing something's effectiveness at doing something, alleging a non-obvious effect arose as a result of something's involvement, or alleging that something was harmful. That's general advice, though. Good luck and godspeed with your reading.
