King's college London offer

Recommended Posts

Hey Guys,

Has anyone received an offer from King's and what predicted grades do you have? I have a 7 in HL French B, 6 HL politics, 6 Hl economics, but 555 in SL maths, english and physics. How likely do you think my chances are of getting an offer from Kings? I am predicted 34 plus 2 bonus points (B,B) so 36.

Thankss,

Got an offer from King's for Molecular Genetics for 665HL 35 total with core.

Predicted (in detail) are in my bio but it was 44/45 total. Depending on what subject you are applying to, I'd say you have quite a good chance of getting a place.

Your predicted grade was 44 and you got 35 from the actual exam?

Hehe nope, I *am* predicted 44/45 but got an offer from them for 35 points total. If I get the 35 they let me in for the course ;)

Oh thanks for the explanation :)

In my school, they don't show us our predicted grades but it is somewhere 40-41

Yeah it varies between schools. I only found mine out partially by accident. Otherwise I would've only known it'd be around 43-45 as they give us 2-point estimates most of the time.
